5.2 Opt-Out Rights
If you are a gallery, museum, venue, or rights holder and wish to have your information removed from our platform, please contact us at support@hey@epifani.now. We will process removal requests within 48 hours.
5.3 Accuracy
While we strive to provide accurate information, we cannot guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of event information. Users should verify details directly with venues.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Platform for any illegal purpose
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Platform
- Interfere with or disrupt the Platform's operation
- Scrape or harvest data from the Platform without permission
- Impersonate any person or entity
- Upload malicious code or viruses
- Spam or harass other users
7. Intellectual Property
The Platform and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by EPIFANI and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
Our logo, branding, and trademarks may not be used without our prior written permission.

- Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers
- Any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from the Platform
- Any bugs, viruses, or the like that may be transmitted by any third party
- Any errors or omissions in any content
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless EPIFANI and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising from your use of the Platform or violation of these Terms.
